We read everything and reply as quickly as we can, usually within a couple of days.
Good things to include
- Trouble with credits or a payment? Tell us roughly when you bought them and from which browser or device. We can restore credits or sort out a charge.
- Reporting a forum post? Send us the link to the thread and what the problem is. The circle is anonymous, so we moderate by content.
- Privacy request or a post you want removed? Describe it and we will handle it — see our Privacy Policy.
- Suggesting a book or resource? Send the title and a link.
- A correction about the I Ching or a translation? We welcome it, gratefully.
