YisdomYour wisdom for the changing moment

Our purpose

Most oracle sites do one thing: click, hexagram, paragraph. That is fine, but it leaves out everything that made the I Ching worth keeping for three thousand years — the ritual that settles the mind, the slow work of learning what the images mean, and other people to think alongside.

Yisdom exists to put those three things back.

Grounded learning

Plain explanations of the hexagrams, trigrams and cosmology, written to be understood by someone who has never opened the book, without flattening what is strange and rich about it.

A mirror, not a fortune

Every reading here — human-written or from the Council of guides — is framed as reflection. We never tell you what will happen. We help you look at what is happening.

Relational transmission

The book was always read together: a question brought to a diviner, a cast discussed. The anonymous circle keeps that shape online.

What we promise

Who this is for

The curious, the stuck, the students of Chinese thought, the people who inherited a battered Wilhelm–Baynes from a parent and never quite knew what to do with it. And anyone who enjoys the small, ancient pleasure of tossing three coins and reading what the sky says back.
